| Phoebe
earned a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in real estate
from a university in the United States. Her real estate "hands-on"
experience spans 25 years and includes residential, multi-family
income-producing properties, as well as commercial properties.
Her experience and knowledge includes purchasing land, construction/project
and leasing/asset management, mortgage banking/finance and sales.
Most recently, Phoebe remodeled a Mexican hacienda home in the
village, acting as general contractor and project manager, thus
adding Mexican construction methods to her real estate experience.
