| Mary
has worked in the Real Estate business for over 25 years, 20 years
as a licensed broker in California and more than 11 years in sales
in Ajijic.
While in Silicon Valley in California she was in sales, specializing
in residential income property, management for Prudential California,
as well as a broker/owner of her own company. She attended the
University of San Francisco and received her certification as
a financial planner (CFP) in 1998.
She was active in the Woman’s Council of Realtors (WCR),
as local chapter president, Governor for California, and the National
Chapter Financial Planning Committee. She has also worked as a
mortgage loan broker and in property management.
While in Ajijic Mary attended the NAR, certified international
property specialist classes and received the CIPS designation.
She has attended the AMPI Concer classes and held the office of
GIL/MLS Sergeant-At-Arms for one year.
