Carmen Martinez is originary from Ajijic, Jalisco, who did all her studies
on the area of Chapala. She worked in charge of administrative area in the Vieja Posada for around 10 years, now the Nueva Posada; From Eager Family.

Later she worked in also an administrative charge in an other Real Estate Company on the area for 16 years, taking diverse graduates and degrees about Real Estate business. Being one of the first National agents doing the activities about rents, sales and consultants.
