A native of Mexico, Alma graduated from ITESO Guadalajara (Jesuit University) majoring in Communications Sciences. Eventually in 1995 got her Real Estate License, and since then She's been involved with the house market in Guadalajara, Mexico City and other surrounding areas. She is one of the first Agents that Ajijic Real Estate has had since its development.

Alma is a member of GIL (Grupo Inmobiliario del Lago); The Lakeside Association of Realtors; MLS of Mexico, The Lakeside Multiple Listing Service: AMPI (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios), The Mexican Association of Realtors; and NAR (National Association of Realtors) of the United States of America.

She has four children of her own, two of them go to College (in Guadalajara and Mexico City) and the other two are very successful in their careers in Canada and the USA. Traveling is one of her favorite things, She's been to almost every state in Mexico and enjoys traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures, She's been to India, Nepal, Peru, and, most Major cities in the USA. She loves helping her community, enjoys yoga, the outdoors as well as reading and being close to the nature.
