Alice,
an experienced Realtor™, trained and worked in Texas. She
and her husband, Don, owned and managed a motel in San Antonio,
Texas, and she assisted with the management of their several rental
properties. In her spare time, she wrote and published two books,
a biography, “From Chalk to Bronze,” and a book on
tequila, “Tomás’ Tequila Book.” She worked
as assistant office manager in a residential sales and property
management real estate office, handling all aspects of the real
estate business.
Her love affair with Mexico began with her husband when they spent
their honeymoon in Monterrey and Horse Tail Falls. Later they
traveled throughout the country in a fifth-wheel trailer with
their three children. In the process, they discovered Lake Chapala
and knew that’s where they wanted to retire, which they
did in 2003.
Alice soon yearned to return to real estate and help people find
the perfect home and help sellers determine the right price to
sell their home. She looks forward to a long and productive career
at Lakeside. |
